CCF tea | Ayurvedic Detox Tea

CCF tea, Cumin Coriander and Fennel Tea is commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine to support detox and a healthy digestion.  We drink this tea frequently during my seasonal ayurvedic cleanses but it’s also perfect for anytime of the year. Pair it with Ayurvedic Kitchari for an easy to digest and detoxifying meal!

Here’s a breakdown of just some of the medicinal benefits of the seeds used in CCF tea:

Cumin Coriander Fennel Tea

CCF tea | Ayurvedic Detox Tea

Cumin Coriander Fennel Tea (commonly referred to as CCF tea) is a classic Ayurvedic Detox Tea. Sip on it often for optimal health benefits.



1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp coriander seeds

1/2 tsp fennel seeds

45 cups water

optional add in: 1/2-1 tsp fresh ginger


Fill a small saucepan with water and add the seeds in. Cover and bring to a boil. Allow to simmer, covered, for at least 5 minutes. Strain and sip throughout the day.
